Machine warranty period

The 1-year warranty period starts from the date you purchase the product.

If our thermometer has quality problems within 1 year, free replacement parts and shipping costs for the first 3 months, and free replacement parts after 3 months, you only need to pay the shipping costs. Or we will provide new parts in your next order, which will save your shipping cost.

Refurbished machine

After placing the order, the warranty is 3 months, and we will provide parts replacement service free of charge.

Accessories and warranty period

The 1-month warranty period starts from the date you purchase the product.

How to get service

If the product cannot be used normally during the warranty period, you can contact us for after-sales service via email: support@rehabor.com, or you can contact us via Skype: info@rehabor.com. Or you can contact us through our social media platform.

Return

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

For returns caused by consumers, the freight will be borne by consumers. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

If the goods are returned due to our reasons, and the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not need to bear the freight.

Consumers will not be charged a purchase fee for returned products.

Note: For returned thermometers, if it is not a problem with the thermometer itself, we will not bear the freight, and if it needs to be returned to UK, we will not bear the taxes and fees that may occur.

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Not included in the warranty:

  1. If you cannot provide the correct serial number, it will be difficult to provide effective warranty service;
  2. The whole machine and parts exceed the warranty period;
  3. Equipment failure or damage caused by unauthorized modification of equipment (private modification includes:
  4. Equipment failure or damage caused by improper installation and use;
  5. In the non-recommended working environment specified in this manual
    (Unstable, dusty, damp) equipment failure or damage caused by use;
  6. Equipment failure or damage caused by improper use (exceeding workload, etc.) or maintenance;
  7. Equipment failure or damage caused by the use of other brand components or other inferior consumables.
  8. Product gifts are not guaranteed (TF card, USB cable, wrench, spatula, pliers, etc.)
  9. Gifts or free product promotions cannot be refunded or replaced due to non-quality problems, and we do not provide warranty for free products.

Exchange requirements

  1. The appearance of the product is intact, without damage, cracks, deformation, etc.;
  2. The machine is complete, including all parts, tools, original packaging box, and foam pad;
  3. Provide a valid purchase invoice, and the product numbers should be consistent.
